The Farm House
The Farm House sleeps 6 and is centrally heated throughout. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all of the usual utensils and facilities including a double oven and grill, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, tea towels, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc.
The Lounge is comfortably furnished with a leather suite, and easy to use coal effect electric fire. The window seat gives a stunning vista over the valley. Free view TV is available on the 45″ flat screen and there is a DVD player. In addition, there are 2 double bedrooms and one bunkroom, all with luxury silk and cotton bed linen. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Luxury towels are provided.
The lounge and front bedrooms overlook the meadows, woodland and hills beyond. To the rear of the Farmhouse there is a large garden with garden furniture to seat 8, as well as the swimming pool, games room and BBQ area. There is ample free parking available immediately outside the property.
Bed linen, heating and electricity are all inclusive. Towels, tea towels and all essentials are supplied. Washing, drying and ironing facilities are centrally situated for all the properties.

There is adequate free parking, but no garaging. Groceries can be ordered in advance by Tesco direct if required, shops are in nearby Newcastle Emlyn and Carmarthen. Children’s cot and high chair are available on request.
